About
Welcome to a method that will simplify your life and enable you to get control of the things you own. Lizz Stanley will be your guide in this rewarding process.
Lizz conducted her first inventory in 1976, and she knows firsthand the value of having a complete record of her assets. Over the last 3 decades, this inventory, coupled with adequate insurance, has protected her on more than one occasion against personal and business losses in excess of $100,000.
Her business experience and training has been refined through a career which has incorporated a variety of professional vocations: landscape architecture, historic preservation, horticulture, paralegal, and photography. In addition to these endeavors, she has extensive experience renovating houses and has owned and operated several other side businesses including: a horse farm and riding academy; a resort rental concession; an alfalfa ranch; a greenhouse and ornamental tree nursery; and an antique business. Each of these businesses taught Lizz invaluable lessons about the importance of asset protection. She has personal experience with: burst pipes; flooding;hurricane and wind damage; employee and vendor theft; and vandalism.
This collective training has converged into a desire to share her knowledge and skills with you, in an effort to motivate you into action. Lizz believes the breadth of her background is beautifully tailored to educate you to successfully employ the straightforward inventory process she has developed.
Photography is Lizz’s passion, so it seemed natural to turn her passion into a business in which she could not only document the world as she experiences it through her lens, but also teach others to employ this useful tool to safeguard their assets.
Her mission is to be a leader in providing individuals and business professionals with practical, need-based, and creative visual solutions to document tangible assets, commercial products, and real property.
Lizz’s vision is to educate lay-people for preparedness; share her organizational skills and documentation experience; and provide technical support.
Lizz enjoys and seeks variety in her photographic assignments. While her primary focus is on photo-asset-archiving, some of her other recent works include: marketing shots for commercial, ranch and estate brokers, candid portrait work of individuals and families, and legal documentation. As a landscape architect, she used photography in the pre-digital world, combined with sketches to enable her clients to get a feel for the 3-D look of their design. Lizz also used photography in her historic preservation work to document structures, structural details, and gardens for state and national nominations. She is observant and the variety of business ventures in which she has been engaged has given Lizz the organizational skills and extensive knowledge of a wide range of subject matters important to completing any inventory. When she’s not photographing for renumeration, her camera and fly fishing rod take her to as many unique places as possible!
